The trayn.fr website (hereafter "Trayn", "the Site", "we") is published on a personal, non-commercial basis by an individual residing in France.

Trayn is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by SNCF, nor by any railway operator or transport authority.

The "Trayn" name and logo are distinctive elements of the project. For any use, please contact us.

6. Third-party trademarks

Trayn displays information about railway services operated by third parties. The following trade names, designations and logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners:

• SNCF, TGV, TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS, TER, Transilien, RER - SNCF Voyageurs / SNCF
• OUIGO - SNCF Voyageurs
• TGV LYRIA - Lyria SAS
• Eurostar - Eurostar International Limited
• CATI (Centrale d'Annonces et de Téléaffichage Informatisée) - an SNCF system

The use of these trademarks on Trayn is a nominative use within the meaning of article L. 713-6 of the French Intellectual Property Code, intended solely to identify the railway services concerned. This use creates no confusion about the independent origin of the Trayn project.

7. Displayed data

The railway data (times, delays, platforms, stops) displayed on Trayn comes from public data made available by SNCF and its partners. Trayn aggregates and presents it without altering its informational content. The terms of use of the sources apply.

The rolling stock illustrations (liveries) come from SNCF Voyageurs and remain the property of their respective authors. They are displayed solely to identify the rolling stock operating the services concerned.

9. Limitation of liability

Trayn provides railway information for guidance only, with no guarantee of accuracy or availability. The data may contain errors, update delays or outages linked to third-party sources.

The publisher cannot be held liable for:

• Any errors or inaccuracies in the displayed times, platforms, delays or other information.
• The consequences of using Trayn information to plan a journey. Always check the official information with SNCF or the operator concerned before travelling.
• Temporary unavailability of the Site or the API.

10. External links

Trayn may contain links to third-party sites (SNCF Connect, Wikipedia, open source repositories, etc.). The publisher has no control over the content of these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or availability.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
