Where can I find my train number?

The train number appears on your ticket, in the booking confirmation email or on station display screens. It usually has between 2 and 6 digits, for example 6633 or 17511.

How do I know if my train is delayed?

Search for your train by number to see its updated schedule and the delay at every stop. To see every train running late right now, check the list of late trains. The Trayn application can also send alerts for delays, cancellations or platform changes.

Enter your OUIGO train number, for example 5371, in the search bar. Trayn shows its updated schedule, the delay at every stop and any cancellations or platform changes.

How do I track a TGV in real time?

Search for the TGV INOUI or OUIGO number to see its live route, its delay, its departure platform, its intermediate stops and its composition.

How do I track a TER in real time?

Enter your TER number, or choose Route mode to list the TER trains on a journey. You can also open the station boards to see the next TER departures from a station.

Can I look up yesterday's or tomorrow's train?

Yes. Next to the search field, open the date picker to choose yesterday, tomorrow or another day. Real-time tracking remains available for today and the previous day; other dates show the scheduled times.

How do I check today's OUIGO traffic?

Search for your OUIGO number to check whether it is running, or open the disruptions page, which lists the day's cancelled trains by category and by line.
