How do I know if my train is delayed?

Look for your train in the list above, or enter its number in the train search: Trayn shows its live delay, station by station, with the departure platform. The number is on your ticket and in your confirmation email.

Which trains are listed?

Trains running in France right now (TGV INOUI, OUIGO, TER, Intercités, Transilien and international trains) that are at least 10 minutes late. Replacement coaches are not counted. Cancelled trains are listed on the Disruptions page.

From real-time data published by SNCF and the operators, refreshed every minute. The delay shown is the one announced at the train's next stop.

Am I entitled to compensation for a delay?

It depends on the operator and the length of the delay. For most journeys, EU rules provide compensation of at least 25% of the ticket price from 60 minutes of delay and 50% from 120 minutes. SNCF Voyageurs also offers the G30 guarantee on TGV INOUI and Intercités trains from 30 minutes of delay. Claims are made with the operator.
